For LAUNCH, you need a nutrition, health coaching, or integrative health certification — no client experience required. GROW is designed for practitioners already seeing clients. MASTER requires GROW graduation or equivalent clinical background and focuses on clinical herbalism, preparing you to earn the RH(AHG) credential through the American Herbalists Guild.
LAUNCH is designed for practitioners with busy schedules and takes approximately 4–6 hours per week. GROW, with its four weekly live mentoring sessions, typically requires 8–10 hours per week. MASTER is a clinically intensive herbalism residency — exact time commitments are confirmed during your discovery call.
GROW includes full preparation for the BCHN® (Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition) credential exam. MASTER prepares you to earn the RH(AHG) designation — Registered Herbalist through the American Herbalists Guild. We will confirm all credential specifics during your discovery call as requirements may vary.
Yes. GROW is designed for practitioners already seeing clients — LAUNCH completion is not a prerequisite. If you're uncertain whether GROW or LAUNCH is the right fit, our discovery call will help you self-select confidently.
Yes — all live mentoring sessions in GROW are recorded and available in the member portal. We do encourage attending live when possible, as the interactive case discussions and real-time Q&A are a significant part of the learning experience.
A residency is structured, supervised clinical training — not passive content consumption. You apply knowledge in real practice settings, receive expert mentorship, work through live case studies, and develop the career infrastructure to actually build a practice. School teaches you what to know. A residency teaches you how to practice.
