1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

This no-refund policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• All residency and mentorship program enrollments (LAUNCH, GROW, MASTER, and any future programs)
• BCHN® exam preparation packages and materials
• Individual coaching sessions and consulting fees
• Digital products, course materials, and downloadable resources
• Payment plans — remaining installments remain due regardless of participation status

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content provided through Holistic Consulting Institute — including but not limited to program curricula, coaching sessions, webinars, articles, the Holistic Consulting Journal, the Materia Medica herbal reference, and any other written, visual, or spoken materials — is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

Our programs are designed to support the professional development of nutrition practitioners, herbalists, and wellness professionals. They are not intended to train, certify, or license individuals to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and may subject you to legal action.

As a participant in our programs or user of our Services, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully and professionally with instructors, staff, and fellow participants
• Maintain the confidentiality of discussions shared in group coaching sessions and private communities
• Not use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Provide accurate and truthful information when enrolling or communicating with us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion if we determine that your conduct violates these Terms or is harmful to other participants, without obligation to provide a refund.
